• Rinse off hair and scalp with lukewarm water before shampooing and conditioning.
• Take the shampoo/conditioner in your hand, lather it well.
• Apply it to the entire hair and scalp.
• Use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp.
• Then rinse thoroughly.
