DESCRIPTION

The HEVEBLUE Salmon Caring Centella Toner is a low-pH toner that maintains skin's oil-water balance to create the perfect makeup or skincare base. Containing a nourishing blend of Salmon PDRN, Cica Leaf Water and patented ingredient EFFIPULP®, this toner leaves skin looking radiant and plump. Houttuynia Cordata Water reduces excess sebum, while Portulaca Oleracea Extract protects skin from external aggressors. The lightweight, watery texture can be absorbed into the skin immediately, leaving a refreshing finish.
