Formulated with The Rose Water Gel Layer™ with Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane, Polyol and Rose Peptide helps create a soft and moist skin base. It also consists of Niacinamide, Vitamin C and Super Berry Oil which help brighten and vitalize the skin.
